One of Fitspot’s services is bringing fitness on-site to your employees—including kickboxing, bootcamp, and circuit training. But what does that actually mean? And how does Fitspot make the process simpler than ever? Here’s what you can expect from Fitspot’s fitness classes.
First things first: When you partner with us at Fitspot, we’ll send out a survey to gauge people’s interest in a variety of wellness activities and services, such as fitness classes, workshops, mindfulness activities, massages, and more. (You want to make sure you’re picking the right types of services, after all!) We’ve found a mix of high-intensity (think bootcamps or circuit training) and low-intensity workouts (such as yoga or Pilates) is perfect. The survey will also determine which day and time works best to host services and activities.
At that point, we’ll plan the initial Meet n’ Greet and plan your first on-site fitness class! (We’ll need about four weeks for execution.)
Now for the exciting part! At the Kickoff Day, we’ll get employees familiarized with Fitspot and excited about all the wellness programs to come. We’ll also hand out free Fitspot swag, such as stress balls, tank tops, tote bags, water bottles, stickers, and more to give out to your employees. (And who doesn’t like free stuff?!)
We’ll ship a custom branded box full of the equipment to your workplace (or a nearby location). No matter what type of class you signed up for, you’ll get a unique set of equipment to ensure a successful program.
Here’s what you get when you sign up for Circuit Training and Bootcamp classes:
- Speaker + charger
- Yoga Mats
- Resistance Bands
- Agility Ladders
- Jump Rope
- And more!
Here’s what you get when you sign up for Kickboxing classes:
- Gloves and pads
- Jump rope
- Speaker + charger
Finally, you’ll get to know your qualified and fully vetted FitExperts! They’ll meet with your entire team at the initial Meet ‘n Greet, and they’ll be the dedicated fitness instructor for their class specialty. (If you signed up for a variety of classes, you’ll have several different instructors.)
If any questions or concerns arise, you also have a dedicated Fitspot account manager who’ll take care of it.
