Active Wellness is like that too. The bad habits that make us unhealthy, unhappy and stressed out don’t magically stop by just doing squats. Burning calories and increasing endorphins are important, but they’re not the whole solution.

(Disclaimer: You should still do squats. They’re awesome for you.)

Workshops are the kitchen of Active Wellness, where teams get the recipes and ingredients of lifestyle changes that stick. These are NOT typical or boring corporate educational workshops. We don’t really do “boring”. Even when you’re sitting, Fitspot gets teams interacting, trying new things, learning and even relearning.

The Gameplan

We don’t really like to gamble.

So when you’re ready for workshops, we’ll survey your team and find the best bets to inform, enlighten and get great attendance. We’ll review the feedback and data with you as we book your team’s most-wanted workshops into your active wellness schedule. Typically, they’re once a week, once a month and any frequency in between. We can also tailor any workshop into a 30-minute Lunch & Learn format.

Then, you’ll receive a confirmation and bio of the session’s Fitspot expert, while we take care of the internal promotion. On the big day, Fitspot experts come to you (virtually if it’s preferred) for a one-hour* session, with about 15 minutes reserved for questions.
